It is nice app!! Please create an app for Apple TV 4.
The app can be significantly improved, both graphically but also as a user experience. Selecting a song from an album, you can not browse the other folders because the music stops. Not yet there is support for DSD and DTS file. If you exit the app for a few minutes, you need to log in again Excellent opportunity to move and copy files in other folders even if the procedure is a bit long
This feature works fine with QNAP NAS and WebDAV. Hopefully this will get fixed
This app is amazing!!
Works great and easy to use. This is how all NASs should be
It even connects remotelly, but listing of large folders and downloads get disconnected. Good potential, but long way to be reliable yet. I only tested SSL connection.
Unusable. Can connect to qnap no problem, but once I click on any folder itll quit outta the program. Ios6 on new ipad n 4s
Please make this app, iOS 6 / iPhone 5 / iPad / iPad 3&4 compatible with native resolution.
The app is nice for deletion of files on your QNAP NAS, as well as for sharing links directly to files. Link expiration feature is superb. However, there is no reason that this app is separate from the QMobile app. Once i find the file I am looking for on my NAS, I should be able to stream it straight from this app. Instead, it tries to download -- any file you click on, including 25GB Blue Ray rips! Hows that smart? Also, why isnt the app universal? What, I am not supposed to browse folders with 2000 files on my iPad? I must do it on a tiny iPhone 4S screen?
Works ok, however, it is better to be compatible with iPad!
Please update for iPad AND allow for orientation changes. I download / view items and I cannot change view. I also cant download a picture and forward it. Otherwise, very smooth, opens many files or lets me redirect to other ioS apps that will. Good Job, keep it up.
Really great Feature option to auto-upload both Photos and movies to NAS, DLNA and AirPlay not worked wet, But it diserve trust vote, continue this way New features suggestion. 1 - Drag and drop move files in directory 2 - Play movie content on iphone like mkv with ac3 or dts audio using stream 3 - Configure home dir After login 4 - automatic upload Photos configured to send sheaduled by date and time (without need open app)
Works well for those wanting access to their Qnap server, but it logs on without requiring the user to enter a password even with "auto login" turned off. Not a trivial security flaw if one loses their cell phone.
Their new 4.0 operating system for qnap Is a huge improvement. This app works great with it.
This is good app for accessing your files. However, I found that some of my photos did not upload. iPhone names photo by date and time stamp. Occasionally I will press the shutter button several times to catch an action shot resulting in several pics within the same second. Qfile will upload only one of those pics since it handles duplicate files by either skipping or overwriting. Dropbox will append a sequence number to avoid this issue. Until this is fixed, I am sticking with Dropbox. Update 7/1/13- Issue was fixed with latest update. Thanks to folks at QNAP!
Good app. Not sure at which version that the ability to save pictures from your NAS to your camera roll disappeared, but that was an awesome feature that should be returned. Five stars if it that feature was there.
Powerful tool
What happened to AirPlay for mp4 video files? It doesnt work anymore!
Needs iphone integration. Does not have it. I cant save/download files from attachments to my Qnap. I am an active Qnap forum member. I been waiting for such a function to automatically backup photos to my Qnap for awhile. I tried owncloud to Qnap but was unsuccessful. I always supported Qnap than other brands. Thanks Qnap.
I already loved my QNAP TS219P-II before installing this app. Now I cant imagine my life without it. Automatic photo upload from my iphone (and the bonus of renaming them to date/time taken) has freed up tremendous space on my phone. Thanks QNAP!!!
